We want you to be totally obsessed with your Morphe products, but we understand if things don't always work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unused or gently used items back in their original packaging, seal the box carefully, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
